hello my beautiful blogers sorry I have been absent I've been very busy trying to get my makeup bussiness going ordering makeup,bussiness cards etc I already may have booked a wedding in august which is awsome :) so lets get started I recently purchased some AMAZING products and I would love to share them with you !!!


Elf HD POWDER $6

High-definition makeup isn't only for celebs on TV and the big screen anymore. With everything becoming HD these days, many makeup brands have followed suit by making the necessary changes to their products to ensure every person can achieve a flawless look...even more affordable brands! You don't have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to get HD quality products. Although I love elf cosmetics for being so friendly to my pocket, I haven't always been a fan of their products--that was until they launched their Studio line, which caters to the more "professional" consumer. This HD powder is made with Silica, which is known to help diffuse any fine lines or wrinkles that other powders may actually bring more attention to. It has a very silky, smooth texture that feels great on your skin. Just be careful not to be too heavy-handed with your application. It's stark white powder, so use it sparingly and you'll notice the effects within minutes of putting it on and even moreso with every use.

Here's what all the HD hype is about: When working with HD cameras, every wrinkle, crease and imperfection become visible and the makeup you try to cake on to hide this becomes even more visible than the blemish itself! To avoid this, HD makeup is formulated to be more sheer, but it still hides all your problem areas.

Beauty tip: I highly recommend using a large powder or kabuki brush to apply this. Don't use the little powder puff it comes with..it's too messy and won't give you an even finish. Use a small eyeshadow brush or applicator sponge for small areas like under your eyes or around your mouth where laugh lines form.

this is the most amazing product I have over bought for 6 dollars you can not beat this this has been comapared to the mac fix spray . I personally love this better and im  a Huge M.A.C. fan but this product feels so good on your skin with aloe and cucumber in it it leaves a nice soft finish I applied this on my face at 8am and it lasted alll day !!!

I picked up this palette because I needed a good palette similar to the naked palette since I couldn't get my hands on the ud makeup palette at the time . to my surprise it was beautiful colors its so verstile you can use this for a neutral eye or a goregous night smokey eye colors are very pigmented I swatched some colors for you

SO YOU WANT TO BE A FREELANCE MAKEUPARTIST

ok so I get many questions what made you want to become a freelance makeup artist ?. Its always such a hard question to answer because there is so many reasons but when I try to sum it up I just say for the the love of seeing that look on my clients face after I put the makeup on them its just the best feeling in the world that you made some one feel good about themselves.


than I get another question how do I become a freelance artist ?

well its different for everyone if you follow my blogs and my youtube you will know that I myself is just starting out however I can give a few pointers on what I am doing to promote myself . I first made bussiness cards to promote myself and to hand out to people I went to vistaprint.com really good quality cards for 9 dollars !!! cant beat that.

I also started to bulid my kit with products i LOVE and i know that work rather than making a kit with cheap things just to "fill it up" why make a kit when you dont love the products . you must love every product in your kit ! first big thing . everyone has different taste of makeup styles some like natural some like dramatic you must have every type of makeup to accomdate your client.

Another major major thing is brushes !! brushes are your esstiental in your makeup kit and you must have soft brushes because you dont want hard brissles on a clients face I suggest sigma brushes they are professional brushes that are comparable to mac brushes for a fraction of the price ! cant beat that when you are first starting out elf brushes and sonia kashuk brushes which are sold at target are also good brushes for the price ! . I mean investing in mac brushes are good but if your just starting out you can find alternatives that work just as well ..


so whats in my kit ?
mac eye shadows , urban decay primer , smash box foundations , primers and halo . costal scents 88 eyeshadow palette & contouring palette , elf products , sigma brushes , mac brushes , elf and sonia kashuk brushes ..

its hard gettting your name out there but you must be persistant and put one foot foward ! try talking to other freelance artist see what they are doing but go around ask photographers for time for print if you dont know what that means basically its when you work for free to get pictures of your work so you can have them to shows clients .
